PRODUCT AVAILABILITY In principle, all products in our shop are available, unless they are shown as “OUT OF STOCK” on the product sheet.
In the event that a product is out of stock at the time of placing your order and we have not been able to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to propose a similar product or refund the corresponding amount. TRANSPORT The delivery time will be 2 to 5 days for Spain and 5 to 10 days for shipments outside Spain (working days).
Delivery is at street level.
At the time of receipt of shipments, it is important to ensure that all boxes have arrived in perfect condition.
If you detect signs of dampness or breakage in any of them, or signs of having been opened or tampered with, please state this on the delivery note BEFORE signing, and contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
■ Free Shipping The free shipping option is only available for products labeled with this option.
■ Delivery with delivery to home* The option of delivery with delivery to home is subject to conditions:

■ Deliveries are made at the door of the home and never inside it.
■ Deliveries will be possible provided that the conditions of the home allow it.
For example, packages must be able to be carried up the stairs of the property, packages must be able to pass through the doors of the home.
If the optimal conditions are not met, the delivery with this modality cannot be carried out.

■ What happens if there is a stock-out or occasional unavailability of an item? The delivery times indicated are maintained except for stock-outs or occasional unavailability of an item. In these cases, the Customer Service will contact you immediately by telephone or email, to inform you of the new delivery time or to proceed with the cancellation in case it is not possible to supply you said product. ■ How do I get informed of the status of my order? From the moment you place your order, Defora Home will keep you informed by email of the different statuses of the order. PRICES All our prices include VAT, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (does not include IGIC or customs charges €22, to be paid to the carrier). MINIMUM AGE OF PURCHASE The minimum age of purchase is 18 years old. GUARANTEE Defora Home guarantees its products, under the terms established by law, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery throughout Europe except 3 years in Spain. The customer must inform Defora Home of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a defective product under warranty, Defora Home will carry out the repair or replacement procedures, either directly or through the technical / after-sales services of the brands represented, procedures that will be free of charge. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use will be excluded from the warranty. When the use of the warranty is justified, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return, under the terms established by law. The guarantee will lose its value in cases where:

  • Some of the details of the invoice or the purchase invoice are modified, altered or replaced.
  • If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
  • If you lack the purchase invoice.

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the warranty duly stamped together with the purchase invoice.

The necessary expenses incurred will be borne by Defora Home.
If the necessary repair is not covered by the warranty under the terms established, the customer must bear the costs, both repair and shipping. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND HOW TO REDEEM THEM Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are awarded during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
Promotional vouchers can be redeemed only once in relation to an order, and only within the established period.
Some brands may be excluded from the promotion.
Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
Please note that a minimum order value may apply in order to use promotional vouchers.
The value of the product must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher.
If the voucher does not cover the value of the product, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
The value of promotional vouchers will not be paid in cash or interest-bearing.
Promotional vouchers will not be refunded in the event that all or part of the products are returned.
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order is completed.
There is no possibility that vouchers will be applied retroactively.
Promotional vouchers may not be transferred to third parties.
Unless otherwise stated, multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
If you have used a promotional voucher when making the purchase and, as a result of a cancellation by you, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the promotional voucher, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the product you wish to keep. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period. Consequences of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, except for the shipping costs resulting from this will be borne by the customer. In any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address we will provide you with upon receipt of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the property is returned before the end of that period.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returns will not be accepted for items made to measure or to order, for example: fabric by the metre, custom-made cushions… Defora Home reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadlines or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
Defora Home reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered depreciation (example: the item is not returned in its original packaging or it is in poor condition). SECURITY IN CARD PAYMENTS Defora Home guarantees the greatest security and confidentiality in purchases in our store.
In a similar way to the operation you would carry out at an ATM, when you buy at Defora Home, the data referring to your credit card is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which is the one that accepts or rejects the payment.
In this way, the information transmitted by the network enjoys total security and Defora Home does not retain this data at any time, so it can neither view nor archive it.
VERIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA Defora Home reserves the right to contact its customers and/or carry out certain checks when it deems it appropriate, in order to guarantee the authenticity of the personal data provided.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER Defora Home reserves the right, under certain conditions, to ask its customers to pay by bank transfer.
