Refund & Return Policy

To return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product to access the refund of the money (art.44 of Law 7/1996, 15 January Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, 19 December).
As a result of a return, in which the customer does not keep the product, the expenses derived from this will be borne by the customer.
To process a return, you must notify us that you wish to return the product and send us the product in perfect condition by registered mail or private company, with its original packaging and labels included a copy of the order and indicating that it is for return in the package to the following address: Defora Home C/ Electricidad 9, Castellbisbal 08755, Spain Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that they are in good condition, Defora Home will accept the return of the product and will proceed to pay the amount according to the payment method previously made:

  • If the payment has been made by credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
  • Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the amount refunded until the following month.

In the event that the product purchased by the customer arrives with a defect or there is an erroneous shipment, the costs will be borne by Defora Home.
Before making the return, please note that Defora Home does not accept shipments with freight collected, so we recommend following this guide and contacting us in case of doubts.
To start the procedure, an e-mail must be sent to hola@deforahome.com, indicating the sales order number and the reason for the return.
The customer will bear the costs arising from the return.
The amount of this will be exchanged for another product or for a voucher to be spent in the online store with a validity date of one year from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
